This includes all furniture and furnishings, kitchen appliances, silverware, pots and pans, electronics such as television, stereo, telephone, clock radio, linens and house wares. All utilities such as high speed internet, cable television, electricity and telephone are already established and may be an additional charge based on your length of stay. Cleaning services for the apartment are also available and rates are based on the size of the apartment and the frequency of the cleanings.Is there a minimum stay required?We require a 30-day stay.Do you provide housecleaning services?We can arrange weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services for an additional fee.What types of accommodations do you have?We can provide 1, 2, and 3-bedroom Apartments, town homes, Condominiums, Duplexes and lofts.How does the process work?Once we receive your call or on-line application, a member of our staff will contact you to verify the details of your request. We will then provide the details you need to make your decision, including exact location, pictures of the property, price and dates of availability. We follow up with you to ensure all your questions have been answered and that you are happy with your options and our service. You choose one. We provide a detailed pricing quote for you to review. You approve the quote on the temporary housing property. Sign the lease with our Agent. Once approved and signed, we begin preparing your temporary accommodation for you to move in, complete with all amenities. You move in. We manage the utilities, and appropriate billing to your company, if chosen. Our agent will stay in contact with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
