I liked both places and I could imagine spending more time in either. the one on 44th is terrific for me locationwise. I seem to have more of a downtown sensibility and when I found out how easy it was to access the hudson river bike path and that I could rollerblade all the way to riverside park, I was sold on the thompson street apartment.

'Ax of Love' is due to get back on its feet in october, but I have a broadway producer nibbling at it now, too.

Drake Life is the answer to my prayers. For the price of what would be a small room in an inexpensive hotel, I stayed in a top-notch apartment in an excellent neighborhood. I had the ability to save money by using the kitchen or the convenience of great restaurants and great food for what I'd otherwise be spending for drab food from room service. David and his staff were attentive and set up the apartment so it worked perfectly for me. I'd recommend Drake Life to anyone spending more than a little time in New York.

We're having a wonderful stay, very much thanks to your help, and you may get another client from my family.

Our daughter, Nicky, was offered a (paid!!!) internship starting in August at Dodger Theatrical Holdings, the people who put on UrineTown, 42nd, and Barbra's Wedding. (We really enjoyed UrineTown--bought the tickets before we even knew about the
internship or who was responsible for the show.)

Now she'll have to weigh it against other options and try to decide if a Florida girl could really survive a NYC winter.

We'll certainly check out your site should she decide to take the NYC offer. (I have to make sure she'll have a corner somewhere in her apt where she could put up her old parents if we come to visit!)

My friends and us were very pleased with the accomodations. We found it in as-new condition, perfectly located and convenient to sites and transportation. We found the apartment to be very quiet and private, quite literally an oasis in a very busy city. The main difference between this apartment and a hotel was that, within one day, we felt as though it was our home in New York City. I would highly recommend this way of being in New York over a hotel because one gets a sense of actually living there rather than visiting.

We will gladly return. Our neighbors who went with us are already
making a list of places they want to see next time.

I just wanted to provide feedback on the apartment we used while we were in NYC. The service during key pick up at 254 Park Avenue South was very good. I was waited on in a timely manner and was able to pick up keys and leave within about 20 minutes.The apartment at 48th street was well within the description posted on the internet and was completely satisfactory. The location was excellent and the apartment was safe and clean. Overall we were well pleased.
